WOVENHACKS FOUNDATION

United We Build.

Our story

Each day, foreign students wake up in another man's land in hopes to attain success in their academic endeavors. In addition to their cultural adjustment, these students are required by law to be enrolled as full time and to complete study within the allotted student visa period. There's certainly no room to fail.

Woven Hacks Foundation devotes its efforts to provide a support system for these neglected minority, foreign students. We believes "the best thing to hold onto in life is each other", an inspirational quote by Audrey Hepburn. We organize innovation events to showcase unity through innovation and offer these students a chance to create solutions to the challenges they currently face.

Through their inventions, these foreign students get to share the untold stories of the student population.

Join us improve humanity within the foreign student community.

MISSION

- Our 3 CORE PRINCIPLES -

I. Rebrand Hacking:

The only way to change the negative image of hacking is to involve tech-enthusiasts without any software engineering background in our hackathons. This gives them a firsthand experience to understand and share the sort of innovations that emerge out of hackathons in general.

II. Niche Market

Our university student hackers (aka weavers) develop innovative solutions that address student challenges incorporating the product and services of our elite sponsors. Thus enabling the sponsors to get new insights into the current trends and demands of the student population. Sponsors also gain the additional benefit of recruiting from a diverse pool of talented students.

III. Global Partnerships

To ensure that we develop globally astute weavers, our events are hosted in different tech-hub countries annually. This allows us to continuously tap into a broader pool of student innovators, enhancing the experience of our innovation events.
